After being discharged from the hospital, and being there almost a year I was scared to leave and even felt like I was on rough grounds. I knew I needed a solid support team. But leaving the hospital to me meant leaving all of my support behind. When I was paired up with Turning Point a huge stress was lifted from me, I now again had an incredible support team, nurses who were truly there to help me get back on my feet and out into the community once again. They even helped me with things like organizing my medication which I have always been horrible at and since have learned how to be responsible for. It was nothing like I expected I could find outside of a hospital enviroment, and it was totally catered to my specific needs. Turning Point has turned my life around.

Before I was working with Turning Point Support Team, I had 3 back to back hospitalizations...  While working with the nursing staff, I became stabilized and I have not been back to the hospital since (that’s a 5 month period).  The nursing staff is very friendly and quite competent. I highly recommend Turning Point Support Team to everybody!!  I love them!!

Having worked in the mental health field for over thirty years, Turning Point provides an invaluable service to mental health providers, families, and patients.  The need for quality care in the community where patience can have the support to live a productive life is essential.  The staff at Turning Point is expert at forming a connection with the patient and providing the care they need to stay out of facilities and hospitals and eventually live successfully in the world.  Whether it is 24/7 care or a short weekly visit their services have been of the highest quality.   All the staff are highly trained and work well in a collaborative team effort.  Debbie, Lisa, and all the staff are exceptional.  They have augmented the care we provide at the Life Adjustment Team.  I recommend them highly.
